Good Stonemason Required...

The Sainte Chapelle Saint Louis, in Champigny sur Veude, appears to have suffered ingress of water due to the unusually high rainfall we've had in recent months.

The outer wall is now in urgent need of repair..

Unfortunately the original builders are no longer in business. Our guess is that it's out of guarantee anyway...

Good Stonemasons required!

Ooops. We saw a bridge like this the other day! There must be stone masons around but I guess their fees are much higher than they were in those days! Have a good day, hope it is drier up there than it is here. Diane

I'd really like to get inside that place, but it's never open!
