Le Phare de la Coubre.

WARNING; Not for the Acrophobic!

Le Phare de la Coubre is built on the edge of the Coubre, the limit of the communes of Mathes and La Tremblade in the department of Charente-Maritime, in the region Poitou-Charentes. It is about fifteen miles north west of Royan in the mouth of the Gironde estuary and near the bay of Bonne Anse .

This is the beast. If you want full details see here.
