What I did notice was a good selection of nesting holes...
I suppose if I was a serious bird photographer I would erect my hide and sit for hours watching to see if there was any activity...

Nesting holes?
A couple of days ago I went for a walk in the wood behind our house, with the big lens attached, to see if it was possible to photograph any of the many birds that seem to fly in and out of there.
This Great Tit was all I managed...
What I did notice was a good selection of nesting holes...
I suppose if I was a serious bird photographer I would erect my hide and sit for hours watching to see if there was any activity...

You don't need a hide...
table...
chair...
wine or beer...
camera...
dull clothing...
in that order.
Just sit and wait!!
And enjoy a drink...
but don't take the radio down...
unless you've got headphones!!
