Following on from Fridays post we took our 2CV France 3 to meet a few others, once the heavy rain had stopped that is!!
The event was well attended.
We had not been there that long when things started to happen... A convoy was lining up!
Glad Elizabeth caught the back of this van...
All I can say is "I want one"
We ran (walked) back to ours and tagged on the end, with totally no idea where they were going.
We got waves and thumbs up from many of the locals
We even did some grass tracking
2CV's as far as the eye could see...
Where did they end up...
A goat's cheese farm... I don't eat cheese anymore and as Elizabeth does not care for Goat cheese we continued on our way, back home for a coffee...
Art and all that stuff

A lot in Braslou this weekend...
2 CV's that is. Touraine 2CV club is holding its annual meeting on the recreation area there with over 200 Deudeuches expected.
Last time the event was held there in 2012 we were only looking for one... We now have our France 3...
It also rained for most of the weekend...
The theme this year will be 1970's with period costumes and camping equipment... Will we notice??!!!
On Sunday morning the cars will parade through Braslou ending in the square in Richelieu... The full news item is here
We are undecided what to do. We bought ours to use not to put on show and we use it to go everywhere in good weather... We have also planned to go up to Chinon Marche Medieval tomorrow...
