The other unexpected bonus is that we have met many new friends here in France.
We have to date succeeded in writing the blog on a daily basis how long we will manage to sustain this remains a challange.
Much to Elizabeth's amazement the top post viewed is the one of her patchwork...
Over time we have been visited by someone from most parts of the world... The search strings that actually pull up our blog never cease to amaze us.

Congratulations. I started out daily but found I just did not have the time. My posts are now mostly weekly.
BTW we have had blackcaps in the garden over the past week, and the greefinch which I have not seen for about 3 years has returned has returned as well. Diane
