Damsels and Demoiselles

This afternoon was supposed to be our May Butterfly survey but whilst there was a distinct shortage of butterflies, damsel flies and demoiselles were out in abundance.

With these beautiful creatures to watch we were in our element. The butterflies can wait until another time!
