May contain nuts...

Not only is the black and white woodpecker content with taking our hazelnuts...

It has started visiting the feeder next to the bird table, for peanuts....

It isn't even all that worried about our presence..

If anything, it is quite brazen about it!

Well, make the most of them, Woody; they are only in the feeder to use them up!

Cheeky...

Hey you...

Who me...
Aren't you a bit big for that feeder?

Yes, but these nuts are sooooo good...

OK, I'm off now... BUT I WILL BE BACK...

He/She was not at all phased by us being around. Obviously an urbanised Jay.

"I will crack this..."

I have noticed a small female Chaffinch eyeing up the peanut feeder on several occasions and even seen its failed attempts to get onto it.

BUT two days ago, when the feeder was quiet, she managed it...

Today she is just one of "the bunch"

Fantastic! Four different species on the feeder at the same time...

Another first...
