On the right side of the road?

We have always thought our road was called Rue de la Croix Blanche as does Google Earth...

However the Commune has now installed two new road signs... The left side going into the village is La Croix Blanche

BUT the right side is La Pallu

So we live on Rue de la Croix Blanche and our neighbours opposite, Max and Pamela, live on La Pallu...

    Looking at the sign type...
    I think the road is still "Rue de la Croix Blanche"....
    but you live at La Croix Blanche in the hameau of La Croix Blanche...
    and your opposite neighbours now live in the hameau of La La Pallu on the "Rue de la Croix Blanche"....
    I think it may have been done to "help" the postie...
