Hoopoe Spotting - Again
On March 4th this year, we had a Hoopoe in the garden for much of the day. We haven't seen any since then and we feared the cooler, wetter spring may have altered their migratory course.
However earlier this week we were thrilled to see not one but a pair of Hoopoe looking for food in the garden....
What a stunner, but I don't think I'd like to be on the receiving end of a stab from that beak!
