True colours

Some days the sky and the quality of light combine to make colours seem much more vibrant than others and yesterday was such a day. Here's a varied collection of some colours I captured on camera..



The sky added its own touch of drama...

And the setting sun rounded off the day with a beauty of its own

 

At this time of year these days can be few and far between; all the more reason to notice and appreciate them whilst they last.

    The yellow one looks so cheerful.

    I hate picking flowers, I'd rather see them growing, but I'd love a vase full of them on the window sill on a rainy day.
