Rainwater Goods

Gutters and downpipes to be precise. We have noticed on our fairly limited exploration of the area that maintenance of the above items do not appear to be a priority in this part of the world.

Good stuff this modern plastic !!!!
This one shows the consequences of not being bothered with downpipes.

As a retired building surveyor of sorts you can't fail to notice such things. ---- Rank that one Peter !! and a cost to B please.

    E eck. What a mess. Dx and 2& 6pence to fix as no scaffolding required (use dangle off ladder method to fix) a bit like your decor method on t landing. Peter
